Operations - Full-time
You will support HealthIM’s client operations (sales, implementation, training and support) by preparing highly customized and detailed PowerPoint presentations, printed materials and technical reference manuals. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple short-term and long-term projects is critical. You will be responsible, typically on short notice, for drafting memos, sales briefs, training other reference materials. You will prepare required materials with minimal supervision for pre-scheduled operational activities (sales meetings, training workshops, etc.). You will draft and populate the company’s library of documents. This includes maintaining template and documents as the product software and business practices continually change. You will participate actively in team meetings and seek out opportunities for efficiencies and excellence.
Development - Full-time
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing new features for our web-based frontend applications and server components that power the HealthIM platform. This includes building new functionality from the ground up designed to operate in unusual environments/circumstances. We are looking for a developer who is comfortable working at all levels of the development stack.
